Return Policy

Online Purchase:
Discounts and promo codes valid on single items only.

If you are not happy with your piece for any reason, your money will be refunded, less shipping fees, within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be given after 30 days. Return items must be new, unused and within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please return in proper packaging; call us if you have questions. We recommend FedEX or UPS, packed in a non-crushable box/packaging and insured. We will not be responsible for merchandise that gets lost in the mail or packaged incorrectly (we do not recommend a padded envelope). 
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order under "Complete Orders" and follow instructions for Returns. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, approved and processed the returned item.

In Store Purchase at our Tiverton Location:
Purchases from our inventory in store may be exchanged within 15 days of the date of purchase either for another piece of jewelry or for store credit. You must have the receipt and the item must be in its original condition and in TPJ packaging. We do not give refunds for in store purchases. Special and Custom Orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. At least a 50% deposit is required for all orders. Please understand we want you to love your selection and we will do what we can to make you happy.
