Crystal Bed Light Therapy (also known as ‘Crystal Bed’) is a relaxing, expansive experience available to everyone. Safe and non-invasive, a Crystal Bed session has the potential to cleanse, balance, and align your chakras. In a sacred room located on the second floor, whilst fully dressed in light-colored clothing (preferably), the crystal bed takes you into a deep meditation and connects you to your higher-self. The Crystal Bed may also be used to instill an intention into a gemstone or piece of jewelry. Having an intention for your session will enhance the effectiveness of your session. Tiffany and her supportive team are happy to help you make the most of your visit. This peaceful experience is different for everyone and is from Brazil and has music accompaniment.
AURA-SOMA is amazing system of healing with Color, Plant and Crystal Essences from the UK. Tiffany is now offering sessions. In the session, Tiffany will present the Pomander collection held in your auric field, allowing you to choose one vial to which you are most attracted. She will spray the essence of your chosen Pomander into your left palm and show you how to rub it into your auric field, give a gift the the earth and then inhale 3 times deeply. Tiffany will share the corresponding information about your color choice.
She will then offer a series of Quintessences in a similar fashion. This is a very soothing, enlivening session and shifts you immediately.
